Scope is the whole design. The most common harm in this market comes from someone giving medication advice they are not qualified to give.

Physicians

Hold clinical responsibility

What you do

  • Assess suitability and prescribe within your registration
  • Set the clinical plan and the markers to monitor
  • Review coach notes and client-reported data
  • Escalate, adjust or stop therapy

What we verify

  • Current medical council registration
  • Professional indemnity insurance
  • Jurisdiction confirmed for remote practice

Dietitians and nutritionists

Nutrition within the clinical plan

What you do

  • Build nutrition plans, especially protein adequacy during weight loss
  • Address GI tolerability through food strategy
  • Plan maintenance nutrition for after therapy

What we verify

  • Registration with the relevant dietetic body
  • Evidence of qualification verified at source
  • Agreement to route medication questions to the clinician

Health coaches

Behaviour, training and adherence

What you do

  • Resistance training programming to protect lean mass
  • Habit, sleep and adherence support
  • Week-to-week check-ins and accountability

What we verify

  • Accredited coaching certification
  • A written scope of practice agreement
  • Explicit acceptance that you do not advise on medication, dosing or titration

Biolivon does not supply, sell or facilitate the supply of peptides or medicines. Practitioners prescribe independently, within their own registration and jurisdiction, and remain professionally responsible for their clinical decisions. We do not set protocols, and we do not pay for prescribing volume. If you are looking for a platform that will route prescription demand to you, this is not that platform.

Commercial relationships with manufacturers, clinics, laboratories or suppliers must be declared at application and are published on your profile. Undeclared relationships discovered later end the listing.

Coaches: the scope agreement is not a formality. Advising a client on medication, dosing or titration is outside scope and ends the listing, regardless of how confident or well-read you are.
