Read this before you book. This is an educational and advisory consultation, not urgent care, and not a way to request a prescription: if a doctor registered in India sees you, any prescription is their clinical decision, and only ever for an approved medicine. Biolivon does not sell or supply medicines. If you have chest pain, breathing difficulty, severe abdominal pain or thoughts of self-harm, contact emergency services now rather than using this page.

What it covers

Six things worth an hour of someone's attention

A consultation is a structured conversation about your situation and the evidence around it. You leave with a clearer picture, whether or not anything changes.

Biomarkers and testing

What your existing bloodwork does and does not show, which markers are worth tracking for your goals, and which popular panels add cost without adding information.

Nutrition and supplementation

Protein adequacy, dietary patterns, and an honest read on what is in your supplement cupboard — including the ones with no evidence behind them.

Sleep and recovery

Sleep architecture, timing, and the recovery practices that have evidence behind them rather than a marketing budget.

Training and body composition

Resistance training to preserve lean mass, realistic rates of change, and what body-composition measurement can actually tell you.

Metabolic health

Glucose regulation, cardiometabolic risk, and where the evidence sits on the interventions you have probably read about.

Reading the research yourself

How to weigh a study, why a biomarker moving is not an outcome, and how to tell a strong claim from a well-marketed one.

Process

What actually happens

  1. 01

You tell us what you want to understand

A short form. What you would like to cover, and where you are — which determines who can see you.

  2. 02

    We match you

We confirm which verified practitioner is the right fit and is able to see you in your jurisdiction.

  3. 03

    The consultation

A scheduled conversation. Bring recent bloodwork and your current medication list if you have them.

  4. 04

    A written summary

What was discussed, what the evidence supports, and what to do next — including doing nothing, where that is the honest answer.

Before you book

Things worth knowing first

  • It is a consultation, not a prescription counter.

A practitioner may conclude that nothing needs changing, or that a different problem needs addressing first. That is a common and legitimate outcome.

  • What a clinician can do depends on where you both are.

Remote practice, and what may be prescribed remotely, is governed by jurisdiction and registration. We confirm this before an appointment is booked, not after.

  • Coaches and dietitians work within a written scope.

Nutrition and coaching support sits alongside clinical care. Questions about medicines route to a clinician — that boundary is published on every practitioner listing.

  • Investigational compounds are discussed as research.

A practitioner can explain what is known about a compound and how good that evidence is. Biolivon does not supply anything, and a consultation is not a route to obtaining one.

Our methodology, disclosures and privacy policy set out how we grade evidence, what commercial relationships we hold, and what happens to anything you tell us.
