Delete your Biolivon Care account
Or get a copy of your data first. Either way, it is your right.
If you can sign in
Sign in, then open Account → Your data. You can download your care record, and request deletion, on that screen.
Without the app
Write to our Grievance Officer, Sadaf Fatima (care@biolivon.com) from the email address your account uses, and say you want your Biolivon Care account and data deleted (or a copy of your data). We reply within one month.
What is deleted, and what is kept
At once: sign-in stops, and your sign-in details are deleted: your email address, sign-in codes, sessions and invitations. Your care team is closed, so nobody can see your record in the app.
Later, automatically: your care record, with your name, is kept because the law requires a doctor’s records to be kept, then deleted without anyone having to ask. How long: 365 days after your care with Biolivon ends, after which they are deleted. If you have no care record, everything is deleted at once.
For a practitioner or coach, sign-in stops and sign-in details are deleted in the same way. Their name stays on what they wrote in clients’ records until those records are deleted.
